1. Question: Can any caterer be used for my event?

Answer: No. B&A Warehouse is a full-service gourmet caterer and prepares all food and beverages for events.

2. Question: Is an appointment necessary to view B&A Warehouse?

Answer: Yes. Please call 205.326.4220 to make an appointment with one of our event sales managers.

3. Question: Is alcohol permitted at B&A Warehouse?

Answer: Yes. All alcohol is supplied by B&A and is served by B&A bartenders. B&A Warehouse is a member of the

Responsible Vendor Program.

4. Question: What is included in the Facility Base Usage Fee?

Answer: The facility fee includes the room, all tables & chairs (those owned by B&A Warehouse) that would be used for

your event. It also includes the room set-up and clean-up.

5. Question: Is parking available?

Answer: Yes. Free parking is available on 1st Avenue South and 16th Street. Valet service can be made available, but not

required.

6. Question: Is there a load-in area?

Answer: Yes. There is a ramp located at the 16th Street entrance.

7. Question: Is B&A Warehouse wheelchair accessible?

Answer: Yes. B&A has a ramp at both the 1st Avenue South entrance as well as the 16th Street entrance.

8. Question: Are Bands and DJs allowed?

Answer: Yes. They must provide their own sound and light equipment.

9. Question: Can celebratory cakes be brought in?

Answer: Yes. Celebratory cakes such as wedding, birthday and anniversary cakes may be brought in at no additional

charge.

10. Question: Can any florist be used?

Answer: Yes.

11. Question: May candles be used for decorations?

Answer: Yes. They must be approved by B&A Warehouse and must be in a contained source such as votives & hurricane

globes. Dripless candles must be used in candelabras.

12. Question: Does B&A Warehouse have A/V equipment?

Answer: Yes. B&A has a wide range of A/V equipment for rent.

13. Question: Can stage extensions be brought in?

Answer: Yes.

14. Question: Is Smoking Allowed?

Answer: No. B&A Warehouse is a smoke free facility.

15. Question: Are the rooms heated/cooled?

Answer: Yes. The Heater/AC will be turned on the morning of the event.

16. Question: Do the decorative mini lights remain for events?

Answer: Yes and they cannot be taken down or moved.

17. Question: What can be thrown at weddings?

Answer: This must be approved by B&A, but examples are bird seed, rose petals, bubbles, lavendar, etc.

18. Question: How far in advance must the deposit be paid?

Answer: The non-refundable deposit must be paid in order to secure the date for your event. If reserving one of the

rooms in B&A Warehouse, a Signed Event Order Worksheet and Event Agreement with a non-refundable $1000 deposit

must be received for the reservation to be considered confirmed and binding. Until the deposit is paid, the client has only

a right of refusal on that date.

20. Question: Can I have my event outside?

Answer: No. B&A is an indoor facility. The sidewalk along 16th Street (outside the Glass Room) may be used for additional

seating.

21. Question: Can B&A Warehouse cater an event not held at the Warehouse?

Answer: Yes. B&A Catering is happy to meet your catering needs at your location or ours.
