| Parmesan Crisps |

4 oz Shredded Parmesan Cheese

2 packages Boursin Cheese

Disposable pastry bag

1 carton cherry tomatoes (Halved)

2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
-
1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

| Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss tomatoes, olive oil and seasonings together in a bowl. Spread them out on a baking pan. There is a 2 minute difference in cooking time between the cheese and the tomatoes. With your parmesan cheese, make 21/2 inch circles on a baking pan that has been sprayed with pan coating, leaving about an inch between each one. Put Boursin cheese in a pastry bag. Place tomatoes in oven for a total of 5 minutes, parmesan cheese crisps for 3 minutes. Let your parmesan cheese crisps cool for a couple of minutes. Pipe your Boursin cheese onto the middle of each crisp. Top with roasted cherry tomatoes.
Enjoy with your favorite beverage. It is excellent with any wine, especially a Shiraz.
