Sausage Boat |

Ingredients
1 Large loaf of French or Italian Bread
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
1 small can Chopped Green Chili Peppers, drained
2 8 oz. packages Cream Cheese
3 cups grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions
Hollow out your bread to make a boat. Bread from the center of loaf may be reserved for dipping.
In large skillet brown sausage, drain excess grease.
Add peppers and cream cheese to sausage mixture.
Mix until cream cheese is melted and covers sausage and peppers.
Add 2 cups of grated cheese. Reserve 1 cup to top boat.
Spoon sausage mixture in bread loaf and place on cookie sheet in 350 degree oven – just until the cheese is melted. |
