Food Stations

This signature service option offers an elegant, yet interactive atmosphere to the traditional “buffet”.  Each station is artfully and lavishly designed in its respective theme with attention to detail and ease of service for your guests.

Build Your Own Salad

We use a variety of fresh lettuces and field greens accompanied by a variety of trimmings, dressings and garnishes.

Carving Station

Traditional choices include: Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Smoked Turkey Breast, Herb-crusted Pork Loin, and Honey Pit Ham

Southern Station

Comfort food selections based on Mama’s home cooking, such as Fried Green Tomatoes with Green Onion Remoulade, Pecan Crusted Chicken Tenders with Honey Drizzle, Mac & Cheese Bar and many more tummy filling selections.

South of the Border

Unique selections based on Latin cuisine including but not limited to our Black Bean & Roasted Corn Salsa, Homemade Guacamole, Fresh Tortilla Chips, a Nacho Estación, and many more “para encender su fuego” “to light your fire”.

Oriental Station

Authentic Eastern cuisine with specialty sauces and garnishes including but not limited to our Hand Rolled Oriental Eggrolls, Mongolian Beef in Petite Bread Bowls, Chicken Satay with a Curry Glaze, a Sesame Noodle Salad Station and many more.  So climb aboard the B&A Oriental Express.

Tuscan and Mediterranean Station

Traditional Italian selections done with B&A flare including but not limited to Artisan Bread Display with Pesto Trio, Marinated Artichokes and Olives, Antipasto Display, Risotto and Couscous Stations and many more that will have you saying “Magnifico!”

Seafood Station

Select from a variety of fresh fish and shellfish options including but not limited to large Shelled Shrimp Cocktail, Mini Crabcakes, Glazed, Smoked or Poached Side of Salmon, Crab Claws with Herb Butter and Lemon and many more that will go down swimmingly.

Dessert Station

Exclusive sweet morsels that will inspire sweet dreams, these can include but are not limited to Crème Brulee, Banana Pudding, Cobblers, Pecan Tartlets, Flourless Chocolate Tort, Chocolate Edible Spoons with Chocolate Mousse, Turtle Bars and many more that your heart will desire.
