Comfort Grits Station
These are no longer your Grandmother’s
grits. Try them by themselves or do a combination with any or all of the
different toppings that are included in this station. Savory toppings include
Chipotle Butter, Collard Green Pesto, Cheddar Blend, Andouille Sausage,
Caramelized Onions, Sautéed Mushrooms, Tasso Cream and Shrimp Creole. For those
who prefer their grits sweet we have Honey Thyme Butter and Sugar-Spiced Pecans.
B&A Bite Station
“Oh, just a bite would suffice”. In the
world of bites you are limited only by your imagination. The premiere of our
bite station began with a sushi grade tuna bite bathed in sesame oil then coated
with black and white sesame seeds. This station has now grown to over 20
different bite menu options. This station can even be disguised as part of your
dessert display. Your choices include but are not limited to Spicy Chicken
Bites, Jumbo Stuffed Olives, Grilled Marinated Shrimp, Mini Roasted Yukon Potato
Bites, Mac & Cheese Bites, and Marshmallow Bites with Sprinkles, Brownie Bites
and many more. Now your guests can have a bite of something wonderful and the
conversation and cocktails continue.
Udderly Delicious & Udder Sweetness
Yes, we meant to spell it that way. This
station is a traditional bread & spread with a B&A twist. The Bread-assorted
savory roulades or assorted mini homemade cookies. The spread-Pastry Bag udders
filled with assorted savory creams or assorted Butter cream Icings. What to
do: choose your bread then choose your spread & give it a squeeze!
