1. Number of invitations – not guests (300)
2. Number of invitations sent to out of town guests – subtract this number from #1 (50)
3. Number of invitations sent to family – subtract this number from #1 (20)
4. Number of invitations sent to wedding party – subtract this number from #1 (40)

Add the following:

1. Number of Actual Guests RSVP from Out of Town – add to sub total (76)
2. Number of Actual RSVP from Family – add to sub total (50)
3. Number of Actual RSVP from Wedding Party – add to sub total (22)
4. Minister + 1? – add to sub total (2)
5. Musicians + Guests? – add to sub total (3)
